Day of Coordination Package - $1400

Our Day-Of Coordination package ensures that everything runs smoothly so you can focus on celebrating. From vendor communication to timeline management, we’ll handle all the details, so you don’t have to.

• Coordination and communication with vendors on the wedding day

• Management of the event timeline throughout the ceremony and reception

• Troubleshooting and resolution of any issues that arise

• Ensuring the event runs smoothly and stays on schedule

• Providing timeline cues to the DJ/Emcee

• Sending everyone down the aisle

• Leading the wedding ceremony rehearsal

• Working with the venue coordinator

• Providing feedback on your pre-existing wedding day timeline

• 1–2 pre-wedding planning sessions

• Includes a wedding planning checklist, monthly newsletter emails, sample decor shopping list, & shared planning documents

Total coverage: up to 10 consecutive hours on the wedding day. Custom packages are available upon request.

Partial Planning Add-Ons

For couples who have started planning but need extra support along the way, our Partial Planning options offer guidance where you need it most. These add-ons are to be added to the Day of Coordination Package.

Add-Ons (Prices Vary):

• Setup & Cleanup Assistance
Extra hands for décor setup and takedown, so you can focus on enjoying your day. (Only available for weddings located in Oregon)

• Timeline Creation Assistance– $100
A customized wedding day timeline to keep everything on track and running smoothly.

• Décor & Aesthetic Assistance – $150
Guidance on your wedding style, personalized décor suggestions, and a curated shopping list.

• Vendor Recommendation List – $200
Tailored vendor suggestions that match your style, budget, and location—saving you hours of research.

• Rehearsal Dinner Coordination
Planning support and/or day-of coordination for your rehearsal dinner.

• Monthly Planning Meetings (Starting 6 Months Out) – $200 flat rate
One planning meeting per month (virtual or in-person) during the 6 months leading up to your wedding to review details, answer questions, and keep planning on track.

• Unlimited Communication – $300 flat rate
Ongoing access to me M-F via email or text throughout your planning process, so you’re never left wondering what to do next.

Wedding out of OR or WA? We love to travel. Travel rate available upon request.

Full Service Wedding Planning - $4000

Our Full Service Wedding Planning package includes our Day-Of Coordination package and all of our planning Add-On (minus Rehearsal Dinner Coordination).

• Unlimited planning meetings

• Unlimited communication Monday–Friday

• Day-Of Coordination Package (see details above)

• All Partial Planning Add-Ons (see details above)

• Unlimited onsite venue hours

• Venue walkthrough

• Wedding assistant included for the wedding day

• Advice on design, color, and wording for save-the-dates, invitations, and other stationery

• Assistance in establishing and understanding your priorities and to-do list

Need a nanny for your wedding day?

We’re excited to offer trusted wedding nanny referrals to help make your celebration stress-free for you and your guests. Whether you’re inviting little ones to your event or want a dedicated space where kids can hang out, we’ve partnered with experienced, background-checked nannies who specialize in wedding childcare or overnight childcare at hotels nearby the wedding!

These nannies are:

• Experienced with Weddings & Overnight childcare

• Happy to travel (based on availability)

• Qualified and Comfortable with a variety of age groups and group sizes

• Able to provide references upon request

Please note: We are not a licensed childcare agency and cannot guarantee services. We simply provide trusted referrals to nannies we know and recommend.
